COPPER BOTTOM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED provides construction and building services, not retail products. Refunds are therefore subject to service progress and contractual agreements.

1. Deposits

• Deposits may be required before work begins

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced

2. Project Cancellations

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing

• Costs incurred up to the cancellation date may be deducted

3. Unsatisfactory Work

If work does not meet agreed specifications, we will make reasonable efforts to rectify issues in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

4. Refund Processing

Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
